These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between the bb44r platform and the user. This document governs the use of all services, games, bonuses, payments, and other features. Definitions & Applicability
The key terms used in these conditions are defined below and carry the same meaning throughout the document.
"Platform"
The bb44r website (bb44r.lat), its mobile version, and all associated digital services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".
"User" / "Member"
Any person who has registered on the bb44r platform and maintains an active account is referred to as a "User" or "Member".
"Account"
Each user's personal registered profile, through which they manage all gaming services, deposits, and withdrawals.
"Wager" / "Bet"
Any amount of money spent from the account balance on any game or sports event is referred to as a "Wager" or "Bet".
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on the bb44r platform, users must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
2.2 — Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one bb44r account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all related accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.3 — Accuracy of Information
All personal information provided at registration (name, phone number, payment details) must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 — Deposit Conditions
- Deposited funds must be your own and come from a legitimate source.
- Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
- Deposited funds are added to the account balance after successful processing.
- If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact the support team.
3.2 — Withdrawal Conditions
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
- The withdrawal account must be registered in your name.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals via a different method are not possible.
- Large withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
- bb44r reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at bb44r, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 — General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may be claimed only once per member.
- Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met.
- bb44r reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 — VIP Program
The bb44r VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Tiers are advanced through regular gameplay. bb44r reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.
Gaming Rules
All games on the bb44r platform are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Each game's own rules apply.
5.1 — Fair Play Policy
All games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure unbiased and unpredetermined outcomes. Any attempt to artificially influence the result of a game will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.
5.2 — Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, we will attempt to settle based on the last recorded game state. However, bb44r will not be liable for losses caused by technical faults.
5.3 — Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
- Any attempt at hacking, cheating, or gaining an unfair advantage.

- Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the gaming system to extract funds.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
5.4 — Sports Betting Rules
Markets and odds in sports betting may change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled according to the applicable rules. Once a bet result is finalized, it cannot be changed.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
6.1 — bb44r's Rights
bb44r reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or forged identity documents or information.
- Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Evidence of bonus fraud or system abuse.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
6.2 — Self-Exclusion

6.3 — Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the legitimate balance will be returned or forfeited after review — bb44r will make the final decision based on the circumstances. In the case of self-exclusion, eligible balances may be withdrawn.
